Vendor compliance 指的是企業對其供應商設定的一系列標準和要求,以確保供應商在產品品質、Routing Guide、定價、道德準則及其他業務流程方面符合公司的預期與規範。比如我們常看到送來的棧板上鐵釘外露，讓撿貨人員暴露在危險裡，根據協議就會有些對應的罰款。
Routing guide
Routing guide 指的是企業給供應商的物流運輸指南，詳細說明了貨運要求、承運商選擇、運輸方式(carriers, modes of transportation)、服務水平(service levels, time windows)、包裝規範、標籤要求 (Packaging and Labeling Requirements)等,確保貨物能夠按照最佳流程進行運輸並達到目的。
Top and bottom line
Top-line growth 指公司收入(revenue)的成長，通常來自於新的市場及銷售額的提升。Bottom-line growth 則是指淨利(net profit)的成長，代表公司扣除所有成本、開支和稅務後的盈利能力。
